Chichester Man Accused Of Spitting At Concord Hospital Nurse: Log

CONCORD, NH — Kyle A. Babb, 23, of Lane Road in Chichester was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Oct. 10, 2020, on simple assault and criminal mischief charges. On Nov. 26, 2019, an officer was sent to Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street to investigate an incident. A security officer accused Babb of kicking a hole in the wall and spitting at a nurse. The officer watched video footage of the incidents and issued an arrest warrant against Babb the next day.

Devin Matthew Guinard, born 1999, of Franklin was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 8 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Joseph Clement, 41, of Alton was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Oct. 6 on willful concealment, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road. He was found guilty on a drug possession charge in superior court in May after an incident in Belmont and a reckless conduct charge out of Barnstead from December 2011.

Ashley Marie Martin, born 1987, of Loudon was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Oct. 4 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Samantha Jean Lavoie, 37, of Concord was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a warrant after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive. She was wanted on a failure to appear in superior court on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge out of Hooksett from January. Lavoie has an active felony theft case in Manchester as well as controlled drug: obtain/buy rake drug, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal mischief charges out of Manchester from May.

Bradford Colburn, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Sept. 21 on burglary, second-degree assault-domestic violence, criminal mischief, criminal threatening, domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges.

Jeanne Alice Harris, born 1989, of Millbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Sept. 10 on simple assault and false report to law enforcement charges after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center on North Main Street.

Randy R. Moffett, born 1977, of Concord received a summons at 8:09 a.m. on Sept. 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Kali Piroso, born 1994, of Canterbury was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 10 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Dylan Patrick Walsh, 34, of Concord was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 165 N. State St. and a warrant after an incident on Hanover Street. He was found guilty on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge after an incident in Hooksett in September 2017. That case was reopened in September due to a violation of probation accusation.
