Concord Woman Faces Criminal Threat, Mischief, Disorderly Conduct Charges: Police Log
Pittsfield man arrested on threat charge; Concord man, Keene woman faces felony theft charges; woman arrested on drug charges, warrant.

CONCORD, NH —Kyle Arnold Babb, 26, of Chichester received a citation at 12:47 p.m. on March 8 on a license required penalty at police headquarters.
Bonnie E. Cote, born 1959, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on March 8 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Gary Edward Lawlor, 55, of Pittsfield received a summons at 8:17 a.m. on March 8 on a criminal threat against another person charge at police headquarters.

Heidi Lee Hewett, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Feb. 22 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Frank Pickering, 39, of Concord was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. The charge was connected to an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Jessica Ann-Lancy Plimpton, 36, of Keene was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on Feb. 17 on two felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charges after an incident at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road near Gully Hill.
Mary Ann Foreman, 40, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 12:13 a.m. on Feb. 15 as well as two felony controlled drug charges after an incident at 4 Hall St.
Paul Eric Loukedes, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Feb. 11 on two warrants and also charged with felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge and an obstruction to driver’s view violation. Also arrested was Patricia A. Curran, 51, of New Hampton on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident in Penacook. Kevin D. Harrington, 44, of Concord was arrested on three warrants at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 11 on Fort Eddy Road near the New Hampshire Technical Institute. He failed to appear at the dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on controlled drug: acts prohibited and theft charges out of Concord in August 2022. Harrington is due back in superior court on May 18.
