Concord Man Indicted On 3 Robbery, 12 Theft Charges In Bedford, Manchester: Court Roundup
Stalker indicted on new charge; woman accused of smashing a bottle on another woman's head; woman indicted for throwing a knife at partner.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Paul F. Acorn, 42, of Windsor Road in Antrim, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on July 8, 2024, in Hillsboro.
Khalid Al Thuwayni, 26, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of creating the impression he was unable to work due to a workplace injury on July 26, 2022, from ESIS in Manchester.

Chauntel Ames, 29, of Milton Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct-domestic violence and domestic violence charges, both felonies. Ames was accused of throwing a knife at an intimate partner and threatening an them by saying, “I’m going to kill him!” on Oct. 12, 2024, in Manchester.
Quisson Anderson, 21, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of going to a protective party’s home in Manchester on Sept. 12, 2024. Anderson was convicted on stalking within the previous seven years, according to the indictment.

Tylor C. Angers, 28, of Pine Street Extension in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of altering a piece of foil to impair an investigation on Jan. 26, 2024, in Manchester. The burglary charges were connected to structure on South Willow Street in Manchester on March 21, 2024, and an apartment on Brunelle Avenue on March 22, 2024, in Manchester.
Sunny Austin, 47, of Maple Street in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of striking a woman in the head with a glass bottle, causing a laceration, on July 20, 2024, in Manchester.

Jonathan Navarro Gomez, 30, of Pine Street in Manchester, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on June 12, 2024, in Manchester.
Moise Ndutiye, 20, of Jennings Drive in Concord, on simple assault as well as willful concealment, theft by misapplication of property, three robbery, and 12 theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of assaulting and using force to rob a person at a New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Manchester on April 19, and April 21, 2024. He was accused of stealing liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Bedford on May 10, May 13, and May 21, 2024, and April 11, April 19, May 8, May 14, May 17, and May 23, 2024, in Manchester. Livingston Gaye Nyomah, 20, of Lowell Street in Manchester, on attempted robbery and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of trying to take keys from a woman, using physical force, on July 5, 2024, in Manchester. Nyomah was also accused of stealing a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan in Manchester on July 18, 2024, and a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas on July 22, 2024, in Manchester.
Grant Ohlson, 45, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Manchester on Aug. 6, 2024.
