Pittsfield Stalker Indicted On 6 More Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Second indictment in Shell gas station robbery case; Concord thief indicted on Epsom theft charge; inmate indicted on assault charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Luke T. McClintick, 28, of Middle Street in Manchester on a felony to accomplice robbery charge. He aided John Donnell in robbing the Shell gas station at Gully Hill in Concord by driving him and away from the incident on April 9, according to the indictment. Robert A. McKenney Jr., 63, of Weeks Road in Sanbornton on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving southbound on Interstate 93 in Northfield on April 15 in a dangerous manner, placing others in harm’s way.

Christopher Martinez, 31, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking another person with his hand in the head on Aug. 26, 2023.
Jami Marquis, 30, of Amherst Street in Nashua on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She was accused of possessing clonazepam at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on April 13 and buprenorphine on April 15.

Devinne Mullaney, 34, of Union Avenue in Laconia on a felony drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 6, 2021, in Hooksett.
Ian A. Murray, 32, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of imparting a message to a protective party on March 7 after being convicted of stalking previously within the last seven years. Moise Ndutiye, 20, of Jennings Drive in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Epsom on Oct. 18, 2023. Twice before, Ndutiye has been convicted on theft charges.
Casey A. Paiva, 34, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on two stalking-domestic violence and four stalking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stalking an intimate partner by parking a vehicle near them on Oct. 27, 2023, in Concord and calling the protected party repeatedly on Jan. 22, after previously being convicted of stalking within the past seven years.
A Strafford County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jeremy P. Ducharme, 41, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl and acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 26, 2023, in Rochester.
Kurtis Lefebvre, 26, of Durham Road in Rochester on four counts of felonious sexual assault, four aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern, and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling a girl and having her fondle him between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2022, in Rochester.
Jason Levesque, 44, of Summer Street in Rochester on attempted murder and first-degree assault. He was accused of repeatedly shooting Kyle Violette with a 9 mm pistol on April 4 in Rochester.
Nathan D. Wright, 30, of Hazen Drive in Concord on a felony acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl charge in Rollinsford on March 17.
A Grafton County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Andrew Babowitch, 44, of Cummings Hill Road in Plymouth on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl-death resulting and conspiracy-controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He sold fentanyl to Aaron Clement, causing his death, and agreed with William Beckner to arrange the purchase with Clement in Plymouth on Feb. 21, 2022, according to the indictments.
Zachary N. Brick, 28, of Lawrence Street in Haverhill on five felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges and a criminal mischief charge. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting an intimate partner between June 1 and Oct. 31, 2023. Brick was also accused of grabbing the victim’s cellphone from her hand and throwing it, which caused the screen to shatter between June 1 and Oct. 31, 2023.
