Homeless Felon Indicted On Attempted Murder, Riot, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man indicted on conduct, stolen property charges; woman indicted on threat, assault charges; Texas man faces recklessness charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Luis Concepcion, 51, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on robbery, reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Speedway on Queen City Avenue, possessing a glass pipe in his pants that he stomped on later, possessing a stolen 2019 Kia Forte, and engaging in a police chase on Cilley Road on Feb. 4 in Manchester.

Enzo M. Day, 19, of Williams Street in Houston, Texas, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of doing donuts in the JC Penny parking lot in Manchester, causing another person to jump out of the vehicle on Sept. 25, 2022.

Charles A. Dexter, 35, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on attempted murder, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, falsifying physical evidence, riot, two first-degree assault, and two attempted murder charges. He was accused of stabbing two people, punching and creating a risk of public alarm, and concealing a knife within a tent in Manchester on Dec. 31, 2022. Luis Disdier, 29, with a last known address of Kimball Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Manchester on Dec. 13, 2022.

Frederick E. Estes IV, 26, of Penacook Street in Concord on reckless conduct and receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of driving at high speeds in a 35 mph zone in a stolen vehicle in Weare on Nov. 27, 2022. Alida I. Alfano, 48, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of threatening to stop three other people with a steak knife in Manchester on Nov. 22, 2022.

Mikayla Anglade, 25, of Spruce Street in Manchester on two attempted first-degree assault, two reckless conduct, and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. She was accused of attempting to drive a vehicle into two other people on Jan. 2 in Manchester.

Thomas Ash, 53, of Pearl Street in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a catalytic converter from a 2006 Honda Civic Si on Oct. 25, 2020, in Manchester.

Michelle Banks, 53, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of hitting another person with an aluminum broomstick over the head, causing a laceration on Dec. 22, 2022, in Manchester.

Tyler Bemis, 26, with a last known address of Central Street in Manchester on a criminal threatening, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, falsifying physical evidence, and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of terrorizing two people with a loaded firearm and hiding the gun in a kitchen cabinet on Feb. 5 in Manchester.
