Hillsboro Family Indicted On Drug Dealing, Growing Pot Charges

Plus, elderly man indicted for theft in Bedford, woman indicted in purse theft incident, and homeless sex offender indicted on duty to repor

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Stephanie Albino aka Stephanie Dionne, 37, lower right, of Merrow Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and receiving stolen propertyallegedly a motor vehicle – on Oct. 28, 2017, in Manchester. According to the indictment, she has previously convicted of theft in February 2017, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North and receiving stolen property in January 2012.

Jeffrey Allen, 51, upper left, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for felony duty to inform allegedly on July 13, 2017, in Manchester.

David Alley, 42, of Gould Pond Road in Hillsboro, for common nuisance, manufacturing a controlled drug-marijuana, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense, all felonies, allegedly on Nov. 3, 2017, in Hillsboro. Also indicted on the same charges was Heather Alley, 51, same address. Quintin Alley, 20, same address, was indicted for manufacturing a controlled drug-marijuana and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention.

Akim Alleyne, 27, upper middle, of Nashua Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on March 16, 2017, in Manchester.

Aillen Arzola, 24, upper right, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for falsifying physical evidence and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, allegedly involving a purse and then throwing it in a trash can on Dec. 23, 2016, in Manchester.

Theodore Banks, 75, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property allegedly involving a JBL Charge speaker from Kohl’s in Bedford on Nov. 1, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft in the past.

John Barbuti, 30, lower left, of Quail Run in Hudson, for felony burglary for allegedly burglarizing a Craftsman Lane building in Amherst on Aug. 2, 2017.

Phillip Beeson, 29, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening – for allegedly pointing a screwdriver at another person and saying, “I’m going to stab you with this sh--,” on Nov. 2, 2017, in Manchester.

Kevin Bemis, 35, lower middle, of Douglas Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as simple assault and resisting arrest or detention allegedly on Sept. 15, 2017, in Manchester.
