NASHUA, NH — The following people have been indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Ryan Sinclair, 25, no fixed address, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited allegedly on June 22, 2016, in Nashua.
Yiranel Siri, 18, pictured upper left, of Norton street in Nashua, for felony burglary. On May 20, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a home in Chandler Street in Nashua.

Davina Smith, 27, of Union Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing jeans and a hammer from Walmart in Hudson on March 26, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of shoplifting in 2008, and 2009. Michael St. Pierre, 38, of Canal Street in Westford, MA, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on June 14, 2017.
Trek Stapel, 29, pictured upper middle, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony common nuisances for allegedly allowing a home on Palm Street in Nashua to be used by drug dependent persons for using, selling, and/or storing illegal drugs.
Kayla Thomas, 29, of Atwood Court in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited allegedly on June 22, 2016, in Nashua.
Jocelyn Timmins, 27, pictured upper right, no fixed address, for felony of sale of controlled drugs-methamphetamine allegedly on April 5, 2017, in Nashua.
Joshua Torres, 24, of the Souza Baranowski Correction Center in Shirley, MA, for felony burglary for allegedly burglarizing ARZ Mini-Mart on Lake Street in Nashua on April 24, 2012.
Michael Toth, 22, pictured lower right, of Olde Town Village Road in Londonderry, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone allegedly on April 3, 2017, in Hudson.
Angela Tremblay, 32, pictured lower middle, of Concord Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 22, 2017, in Nashua.
Richard Wark, 62, of Superior Drive in Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Lowell Road in Hudson on May 31, 2017.
