Queen City Man Indicted For Alleged Gun Threat In Goffstown

Concord man reportedly with stolen vehicle and purse, alleged Somersworth teen LSD dealer, sex offenders, habitual offenders, all indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

Andrea Burgos, 18, of Broad Street in Somersworth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-LSD with intent to distribute allegedly on July 28, 2017, in Manchester.

Rueben Bushnell, 30, upper right, of Elm Street in Goffstown, for duty to inform-subsequent for allegedly failing to give written notice to the Goffstown Police on Sept. 15, 2017, that he had moved. Previously, according to the indictment, he had been convicted of the same offense in Grafton Superior Court in May 2016.

Edward Bussiere, 52, upper left, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and habitual offender, all felonies. On July 7, 2017, in Goffstown, he allegedly aimed a revolver at two other men and stated, “you want to f--- around?,” or words to the effect. Bussiere also reportedly drove on Foch Street in Goffstown the same day. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of robbery in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 1985.

Angel Caballery, 28, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly threatening to stab another person during an argument on July 30, 2017, in Manchester.

Edgar Caliz, 35, upper middle, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, Alprazolam, convicted felons, and two counts sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 20, and July 28, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in March 2015.

Nicole Candela, 31, of Chester Road in Derry, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, amphetamine, Alprazolam, heroin allegedly on July 12, 2017, in Manchester.

Jose C. Caraballo, 46, of Grove Street in Manchester, on two counts of felony domestic violence – allegedly pointing a BB gun at his ex-girlfriend saying “I am going to kill you” or words to that effect – as well as two counts of criminal threatening allegedly on Aug. 23, 2017, in Manchester.

Leonardo Caraballo Torres, 21, of Auburn Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault as well as two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief. On Aug. 26, 2017, he allegedly strangled as well as pulled the hair and smashed the windshield of a vehicle owned by an intimate partner.

Brendan Carmody, 25, lower left, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, on two counts of receiving stolen property, one a felony, after allegedly retaining a stolen 2014 Toyota Camry and a purse in Manchester on Aug. 29, 2017.

Jerome Carter, 41, lower right, of Amherst Street in Manchester, for felony duty to inform for allegedly failing to notify police that he had vacated his address on May 26, 2017, in Manchester.

Kyle Carter, 25, of Cornwall Avenue in Exeter, for felony habitual offender and DUI allegedly on July 22, 2017, on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.
