Accused Drug Dealers Indicted: Merrimack County Court Roundup
Plus: Concord woman indicted on forgery, other charges; men from Manchester indicted on drug charges; Maine man accused of stalking again.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jacob Deveno, pictured upper center, 44, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on three felony receiving stolen property charges from Oct. 25, 2019, in Franklin involving a stolen Pontiac Grand Prix and a registration plate. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Antonious Nicholas Dimoulas, right center, 66, of Stillwater, Maine, on a felony stalking charge from Sept. 15, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2019.
Jeremy Ducharme, 37, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony acts prohibited, possession of heroin charge on Oct. 14, 2019, in Hooksett.

Fred Emery, upper left, 45, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord on sale of heroin-fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of heroin-fentanyl-cocaine mix with intent to distribute, and possession of suboxone with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of the drugs and dealing on Longmeadow Drive in Concord on Nov. 7, 2019.
Brittany R. Fisher, lower left, 24, homeless in Concord, on forgery, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. She's accused of cashing a forged check for $250 on April 15, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she's been convicted of theft twice before.
Kirah M. Fogg, 28, of Memorial Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 29, 2019, in Loudon.
Paul Frascona, upper right, 51, of Pine Street in Manchester on felony possession of crack cocaine and possession of buprenorphine charges on Route 3A in Bow on Nov. 30, 2019.

Darcie R. Hall, lower right, 40, homeless in Concord on a felony sale of meth charge from Nov. 15, 2019, on Manchester Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in Cheshire County Superior Court in March 2014.
Kahara Hall, 27, of Derry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge from July 10, 2019, on Pinnacle Street in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, Hall was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2019.
Stephen Hersey, 36, of Laurier Street in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge from Oct. 18. 2018, on Hall Street in Concord.
Terrance R. Jackson, lower center, 26, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Oct. 27, 2019, in Hooksett.
