Alleged Assaulter Arrested After Hiding in an Apartment Closet: Log
Concord Police also arrest Penacook man for protective order violation and Franklin woman on a driving charge.

CONCORD, NH — Ashley A. Dumont, 35, of View Street in Franklin, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested on Bog Road.

Kevin M. Robie, 49, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for domestic violence-violation of a protective order after an alleged incident in an apartment on Village Street.

Paul D. Sullivan, 32, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Fisherville Road.
Kevin Fowler, 48, of Merrimack Street in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for criminal liability for conduct of another. Also arrested was Angie L. Fowler, 50, also of Merrimack Street, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. They were arrested after an alleged incident at the Speedway gas station on North Main Street.

Nicolette M. Peno, 26, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on a warrant.
Tammy J. Fawcett, 50, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for negligent driving after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.
Brian S. Demeritt, 49, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on a bench warrant and for default or breach of bail conditions. According to an affidavit, officers were called to Fayette Street to investigate allegations of possible drug activity going on in an apartment building on the street. Officers also met with a pre-trail services officer and later, visited the apartment. The tenant of the apartment was asked if Demeritt – who was barred from the apartment as a part of his bail conditions – was inside and the tenant reportedly stated that he was not. About five minutes later, another officer reportedly found a man hiding behind a jacket hanging in a closet. The man was ordered out of the closet and it turned out to be Demeritt. He had an active warrant for nonappearance in court, $500 cash bail, and he was arrested and held. Previously, Demeritt has been arrested for assault, theft, breach of bail, and other charges.
