Alleged Concord Drug Dealer, Others Indicted In Merrimack County Superior Court

Epsom man indicted on child sexual assault charges, Pittsfield, Franklin women indicted for drugs, alleged New London strangler indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Conner St. George, 26, of Craney Hill Road in Henniker, for felony burglary. On May 5, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a home on Kearsarge Avenue in Hopkinton.

Edwin Steel, 60, of Elkins Road in New London, for felony second-degree assault. On July 2, 2017, he allegedly strangled another person in New London.

Jessica Stratton, 22, lower center, of Ingalls Road in Pittsfield, on two felony counts of possession of controlled drugs-Clonazepam, methamphetamine allegedly on June 10, 2017, in Pittsfield. Mark L. Tilden, 43, of Rogers Avenue in Concord, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on June 24, 2017, in Concord.

Christopher Waitkus, 36, upper right, of A Street in Epsom, on five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single count of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between Feb. 2, 2013, and Feb. 1, 2016, he allegedly fondled a girl in Epsom. On June 13, and June 14, 2017, he allegedly fondled a second girl.

Paula White, 44, lower left, of Concord Street in Concord, on three counts of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine as well as criminal mischief. The vandalism charge allegedly involved a damaged door at the Morningstar Apartments on Loudon Road in Concord. The fentanyl charges allegedly involved Alex Mahan reportedly completing the sales in Concord in the area of Concord and South streets, Fayette and South streets, and Broadway. The meth sale and possession charges allegedly occurred on Concord Street in Concord, too.

Robert Young, 49, of Memorial Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 24, 2017, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Auburn District Court on November 2001 on charges.

Christopher Daddio, 25, of River Street in Franklin, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil, fentanyl, heroin-subsequent allegedly on May 5, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in January 2010.

Tara A. Devir, 37, lower right, of Gary’s Way in Meredith, for felony possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil allegedly on April 13, 2017, in Northfield.
