Accused Concord Burglar Arrested Twice In 27 Hours: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Andrew R. Goodnow, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on June 1, 2019, on a felony burglary charge at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street. He was arrested again at 6:08 p.m. on June 2, 2019, on a breach of bail conditions charge at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercials Street. On the breach of bail charge, according to a court affidavit, Goodnow called dispatch requesting to be taken into protective custody. The reporting officer was advised that Goodnow was out on bail after being arrested on the burglary charge and the bail conditions required that he refrain from drinking. After arriving at the scene, the officer reported that Goodnow smelled like alcohol. After asking him how much he had to drink, Goodnow allegedly stated, "quite a few," and later, reportedly said, about six Edge beers with an alcohol content of around 8 percent. He agreed to take a breathalyzer test and allegedly blew a 0.367. Goodnow was arrested, held, and arraigned the next day.

Wendy Lou Gould, born 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on June 1, on a driving while intoxicated charge at the Pines of West Concord.

Angela Kay Zwisler, born 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on May 31, on a criminal mischief charge on West Street.

Sean Janes, born 1991, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. on May 30, on a bench warrant at the Residence Inn on Hall Street.

David Christopher Romanus, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on May 29, on a criminal threatening charge in the Loudon Road north area of the city.

Eric David Lassonde, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on May 6, on a warrant at Bangor Savings Bank on Loudon Road.

Brian Paul Bergstrom, born 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Feb. 12, on a criminal trespass charge in an apartment on Loudon Road.

Ignacio Bautista Vasquez, born 1981, of Shafter, CA, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Feb. 12, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Nicole M. Oliver, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on Feb. 12, on a driving under the influence charge at the Santander Bank on North State Street.
