Concord Police Log: Recent Bench Warrant Arrests

Plus, court catches up with elderly woman for nonappearance on a simple assault charge issued in 1987.

Raymond Clegg, 55, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on June 4, 2015, for an electronic bench warrant issued from June 2013 out of Franklin District Court for DWI, $805 cash bail. He was arrested outside of the Olive Garden Restaurant.

Tykesha Draughn, 33, of Davis Street in New Haven, CT, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. on June 3, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued in March 2011 for nonappearance in court on a DWI charge.

Joshua T. Mitchell, 20, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on June 2, on two bench warrants out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of fine, $559 cash bail, and nonappearance in court. He was arrested at Concord High School on Warren Street and is due in court on June 23.

Lorraine M. Messineo, 67, of Ashland Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on June 1, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued in April 1987 for nonappearance in court on a simple assault charge. She’s due in court on July 13.

Sarah J. August, 32, of South Bow Road in Bow, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on May 31, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from May 22, for nonappearance in court on a suspension of registrations charge. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Broad Avenue for crossing over a yellow line.

Lorra L. Bunten, 43, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on May 29, for a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court issued on April 24, 2015, for nonpayment of fines on a speeding citation, $439 cash to settle. She was arrested at Concord Hospital after being treated for an injury after being hit by a car while riding her bike on Old Turnpike Road.

Jeffrey A. White, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on May 23, for a bench warrant issued out of Sixth Circuit for nonappearance in court, $500 cash bail. He was arrested while panhandling outside of Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Nathaniel T. Carr, 21, of Burnham Intervale Road in Contoocook, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. on May 22, on an electronic bench warrant for violation of a protective order and nonpayment of fines.

Jennifer L. Forbes, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on May 20, for an electronic bench warrant out of Manchester District Court for failure to appear in court. She was arrested while allegedly trespassing at the water tower behind Tedeschi’s on Water Street.

Juanita D. Hall, 46, of Mountain Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on May 18, for driving after revocation or suspension and an electronic bench warrant out of Concord District Court for driving after suspension from Jan. 15, 2015. She was stopped on Loudon Road for driving without headlights. His license was suspended on May 12, 2015, and was convicted of driving after suspension on Jan. 15, 2015.

Ganga R. Darji, 35, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on May 14, on an electronic bench warrant, $302.50 cash to settle. He was arrested at Centre and North State streets for driving with high beams on. He’s due in court on June 29.

Joshua J. Albert, 34, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on May 11, on electronic bench warrants from Auburn District Court in July 2014 for nonappearance in court on a driving after suspension charge and Concord District Court for nonpayment of fines on a possession of controlled drugs charge from August 2014, $2,800 cash bail.

Justin D. Briggs, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on April 24, for bench warrants out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court and nonpayment of fines on a controlled drug; acts prohibited charge, $575 cash to settle, $500 cash bail. He was arrested on the railroad tracks behind the Concord Center.

Patrick I. Cheney, 24, of Depot Street in Franklin, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on April 20, for an electronic bench warrant out of Franklin District Court for nonpayment of fines. on an operating after suspension charge, $695 cash bail He was stopped while riding a bike on North State Street while not wearing reflective clothing.

Matthew W. Gerrard, 32, of Poverty Plains Road in Warner, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. on April 19, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in court on a suspension of registration of a vehicle. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Pleasant and North Spring streets.

Paul S. Apostolakes, 27, of Bearhill Road in Hillsboro, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on April 18, on an outstanding electronic bench warrant out of Franklin District Court for nonappearance in court on a theft charge from March 5, 2015, $5,000 cash bail.

Lindsey B. Runnells, 62, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on April 14, on a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court issued on Feb. 27, 2015, for nonpayment of fines on a second-degree assault charge, $660.38 cash bail.

Martin L. Mumford Jr., 22, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on April 14, on an electronic bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on April 10, 2015, for nonpayment of a fine on a charge of controlled drugs; acts prohibited, $433 cash to settle.

Clinton R. Rollins, 21, of Beacon Hill Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on April 9, on a bench warrant out of Hooksett District Court for nonappearance in court on a speeding violation. He was arrested in McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.
