Deerfield Contractor Indicted On Tax Evasion Charges: Court

Plus: Franklin men indicted on strangulation charges; SC man accused of trying to grab cop's gun; Concord habitual offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Jeffrey Cieboter, 54, of Blue Boar Lane in Canterbury on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Aug. 25.

Brigham Collins, 40, of Hill Road in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on July 13 in Franklin.

Jacob Collins, 28, of Webster Lake Road in Franklin on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on July 7 in Franklin.

John Henry Cowdrey, 55, of North Spring Street in Concord on two felony operating as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Church Road in Pembroke on March 14 and Constitution Avenue in Concord on April 22 after being certified as a habitual offender.

Daquhan Cromer, 24, of Oak Ridge in Greenville, South Carolina, on a felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer; attempt charge. He was accused of reaching for an officers handgun during an incident on July 12 in Pittsfield.

Jason L. Curtis, 48, of Griffin Road in Deerfield on 12 conspiracy to commit tax evasion and 12 conspiracy to commit perjury in a tax report charges, all felonies. He was accused of conspiring with an office manager to keep from paying taxes on harvested timber in Belmont, Bow, Chester, Derry, Gilmanton, Goffstown, Grafton, Hill, Londonderry, Lyndeborough, Milton, New Hampton, Northfield, Nottingham, Raymond, Sandwich, Strafford, Wakefield, and Wilton.

Ryan Daley, 45, of 1st Avenue in Berlin on possession of methylphenidate and possession of methamphetamine, both felonies, on June 1in Northfield.

Robert DiGregorio, 60, of Hill Road in Franklin on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of aiming a loaded Mosburg pump action shotgun at a man on Aug. 14.

David A. Drew, 47, of River Street in Franklin on a domestic violence-stalking charge, a felony due to a prior stalking conviction. He was accused of stalking a woman in Franklin on April 6. Drew was previously convicted in January in Franklin District Court.

Samantha Stanford, 29, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine, meth charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs in Bow on March 27. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on sale of a narcotic charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019.

Ryan W. Streitenberger, 40, of Benton Drive in Laconia on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, alprazolam charges on July 17 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in January 2013.

Bradley Swinton, 46, of Union Avenue in Laconia on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 29 in Franklin.
