Concord Man, Woman Arrested On Simple Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Amie Debenedetto, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on Sept. 5, 2022, on driving after revocation of suspension-subsequent and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Rolfe Street.

Isaiah R. Hughes, 26, of Concord was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at the railroad tracks under the Interstate 393 bridge. According to the Merrimack County Superior Court, he failed to appear at a competency hearing on June 6 after being charged with felony receiving stolen property, deal-possess prescription drugs, and disobeying an officer in Franklin in March 2020. Hughes was held on preventive detention and is due back in court on Sept. 28.

William R. Seigars, 37, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 1 on criminal mischief and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rex Drive.

Jeffrey Mark Roach, 53, of Concord was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Prospect Street.

Michael S. Grey, 38, of Rumford Street in Concord was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 28 on two felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowingly-subsequent charges. On Aug. 23, an officer was requested to register a sex offender at police headquarters. The man, Grey, said he had a new email he needed to register after getting an iPhone, an affidavit stated. While he was there, he also registered a previously deactivated Facebook account that was reactivated now that he had the phone, the report said. During the processing, the officer asked Grey what email was used to open the Facebook account initially. Grey gave a gmail account to the officer, but the police did not have that email address on file, the report said. When asked how long he had the email, Grey said, since he was in the North End Halfway House, sometime in June, according to the report. The officer checked the file and found no record of the email in two prior registrations. The officer checked in with the halfway house and was told Grey left there on July 5, and they did not have an email on file for him. A review found Grey had been convicted in Grafton County Superior Court twice in May 2019 for felony sex offender registration charges. He was convicted of felonious sexual assault in Belknap County Superior Court in November 2004. A warrant was issued for two felony counts and he was arrested a few days later.

Michael A. Roumraj, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Aug. 27 on a driving under the influence and open container charges after an incident at 117 Loudon Road.

Dylan Winslow, born 2003, of Contoocook was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Aug. 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Carrie Ann Morse, 38, of Concord was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Aug. 24 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Winant Park on Fisk Road. She has an active drug possession and child endangerment case from September 2021, working its way through Merrimack County Superior Court. Jury selection is expected to start in December.

Jacky Dillion Sherrard, born 1996, of Pittsfield was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Andrew R. Mason, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a driving under the influence charge as well as a tail lamp and reflectors motor vehicle violation. He was arrested after an incident on Essex Street.

Patrick F. Fitzgerald, born 1994, of Manchester was cited at 5 p.m. on Aug. 21 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Brianna Desfosses, born 2004, of Pembroke was cited at 9 p.m. on Aug. 20 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge. Shawn M. Hutchins, born 1967, of Hancock was arrested at 4:31 a.m. on Aug. 19 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Joshua H. White, 43, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Aug. 18 on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges after an incident on School Street.
