Concord, Manchester Men Arrested On DWI Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jon Philip Knowles, born 1979, homeless, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on July 11, on a warrant while in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Gabrian John David, born 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on July 11, 2019, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested after an incident on South Main Street near McDonald's.

Claufy L. Bongambe, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on July 9, on violation of a protective order, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident in the state hospital area of the city.

Udit Tamang, born 1983, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on July 8, on aggravated DUI-collision with serious injury and driving while intoxicated after an incident on Christian Avenue.

Andrew Lavoie, born 1987, of Amherst, was arrested on a warrant at 1:45 a.m. on July 6, after an incident on East Side Drive.

Joshua H. White, born 1979, unknown address, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on July 4, on a bench warrant at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Benjamin William Jenkins, born 1981, unknown address, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Feb. 3, on a warrant and two breach of bail charges on Pitman Street.

Gregory Edward Brock, born 1987, unknown address, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on Feb. 2, on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges at Dos Amigos on North Main Street.
