Man Arrested Twice In 6 Hours On Assault, Stalking Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Shelley A. Rood, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2020, on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Gardens.

Kerry Whittier, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 13 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident on North State Street. Whittier was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2020, on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident on North Main Street at the Stewart Nelson Plaza.

Richard J. Butler, born 1946, of Concord was arrested on a criminal trespass charge at 8:53 p.m. on Feb. 17 at BAM! on Fort Eddy Road.

Alexandra Davis Eckersley, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.

John Allen Bousquet, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a warrant, criminal mischief, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested on Elm Street near the Contoocook River. He was arrested again at 6:05 p.m. on Feb. 13 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Elm Street near the Contoocook River.

Christopher S. Regan, born 1992, of Manchester was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on Feb. 12 on two simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Robert Bartlett, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Feb. 11 on possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc. and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on North State Street.

Reilly Winter, born 2001, of Manchester was arrested at 3 a.m. on Feb. 10 on taking without owner's consent, conduct after an accident, operating without a valid license, and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident in the area of Merrimack Valley High School.

Anthony Michael Shinholster, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen in Concord.

Carrie Morse, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on Jan. 22 on sale of a controlled drug and criminal mischief charges after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Collin Semple-Gorhan, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 6:07 a.m. on Jan. 20 on two simple assault and two criminal threatening charges after an incident on Manchester Street.
