Concord Man Arrested On Criminal Threat, Assault Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Joel Fike Chrismas, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2022, on three criminal threatening, two simple assault, two criminal mischief, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Crestwood Drive.

Kayla J. Fiasconaro, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 6:33 a.m. on Feb. 20 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Hira Lal Darjee, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Desiree M. Charter, 35, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Feb. 17 on a warrant after an incident at 118 Storrs Street.

Rachel L. Newton, 29, of Concord was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on Feb. 16 on three warrants. She was arrested after an incident at Tru By Hilton on South Main Street.

Taeh Leemarie Koehler, born 1998, of Allenstown was arrested at 3 a.m. on Feb. 14 on a resisting arrest or detention charge and a bench warrant after an incident at Price Auto Service on Manchester Street.

Alan S. Perron, 64, of Chichester was arrested at 6 p.m. on Feb. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey M. Poplawski, 55, of Concord was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a felony sex offender registry; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Poplawski is a sex offender due to two aggravated and five felonious sexual assault charges in August 2001 against a victim under 16, according to the state.

Amie Debenedetto, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Nikki L. Zenner, 31, of Danbury was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 9 on a warrant as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Fort Eddy Road. She was accused of failing to appear in superior court at the arraignment of two bail jumping charges out of Newport and an operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge out of Sunapee from January 2021 and failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge out of Unity in February 2021.
