Concord Cop Log: Recovering Teen Addict Allegedly Admits to Toy Theft

Plus, woman allegedly steals boy's clothes, woman stopped twice in 8 days for driving after revocation, cookies for homeless ends in arrest.

CONCORD, NH — Jill Hamilton, 39, of Sweatt Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on May 25, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. An officer was dispatched to an assault incident where a husband claimed his wife struck him with a glass cup during an argument. The man met police outside and stated that the two were going through a divorce and were discussing terms when she allegedly got angry and threw a glass cup at him. He lifted his knees up to brace himself for the impact and it struck him in the knees and then smashed on the patio. Hamilton then reportedly stormed off. After talking with Hamilton, she was arrested and is due in court on June 29.

Javier A. Fantauzzi, 47, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on May 24, for suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for not stopping at a stop sign on Canterbury Road and Pembroke Road. Fantauzzi’s license was suspended in September 2014. He’s due in court on June 29.

Nina A. Villnave, 35, of Plains Road in Andover, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on April 15, on a warrant for theft from Feb. 17, 2015, $514 cash to settle out of Berlin District Court.

Nathanial Webb, 23, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on April 16, on a bench warrant out of Hooksett District Court of nonappearance in court on a driving after revocation charge. Webb was later arrested while driving on Fisherville Road with a defective driver’s side taillight.

Debbie L. Gilmore, 45, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on April 14, for simple assault and criminal trespass after an incident on South State Street on March 9, 2015. Police were called to the home for a domestic dispute. Gilmore was allegedly slurring her speech and unsteady on her feet. She reported had been drinking all day and was screaming at the officers. Gilmore had an active warrant and was arrested.

Benjamin M. Berry, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on April 13, for passing items (cookies and an apple) to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle. Two officers allegedly saw Berry step into the road to get the food items even though he has been repeatedly told not to so he was arrested.

Amber L. Griffith, 28, of Maple Street in Concord, received a summons at 7:15 p.m. on April 10, and at 8:46 a.m. on April 18, for driving after revocation or suspension, on both occasions. On April 10, she was stopped on South Main Street for a license plate problem. She was previously arrested on Feb. 8, 2015, for a suspended license in April 2011 for default court summons. Griffith reportedly said she had resolved them with the Hooksett Court from February 2011, but the license was still suspended and she was arrested. On April 18, she was stopped at Thirty Pines on Fisherville Road for driving a minivan with an expired inspection sticker.

Shawn W. Almasy, 19, of Hawthorne Drive in Bedford, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on April 8, on a theft charge. Bedford Police arrested Almasy on a warrant after an incident at Toys R Us on Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 7, 2014. During an interview with the officer, Almasy allegedly admitted to stealing several items from the store on the day in question. He then reportedly gave the items to a woman who returned the stolen items for cash. “Almasy told me that he was a recovering heroin addict and was taking full responsibility for the theft,” according to the report.

Patsy Frost, 57, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at noon on April 7, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An officer was sent to Walmart for a report of two women and reportedly put items into Walmart bags in a cart and later, allegedly left the store without paying for the items, about $162 worth of food, books, sleep wear, and more.

Kalene R. O’Connor, 20, of Brook Meadow Lane in Warner, was arrested 3:15 p.m. on April 6, for felony theft by deception from Feb. 11, 2015, involving more than $1,941 in cash from Christopher and Banks in the Steeplegate Mall.

Isaac C. Durgin, 30, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. on April 5, on a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court on March 3, 2015, $125 cash. He was arrested in the Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Bulambo Dunia, 27, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on April 4, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a domestic. When they arrived, they heard voices inside the apartment yelling. They made contact with Dunia who was reportedly intoxicated and upset and stated that someone stole his wallet. He had abrasions on his neck and stated that his brother had done it after he confronted him about stealing the wallet. The reporting officer went to speak to the other man who also had fresh marks on his shoulder. He stated that Dunia couldn’t find his wallet and began accusing people of stealing it. He staid that they tried to get Dunia to leave but he allegedly wouldn’t. He denied there was a physical incident. A witness, however, stated the two had been fighting and wrestling on the floor. The witness alleged that Dunia was the aggressor. Since he was out on bail, he was arrested and held on $1,000 cash bail after being released from the hospital.
