Concord Police Make Several Drunken Driving Arrests: Log

CONCORD, NH — Anthonye Bond, 31, of Manchester received a summons at 2:44 a.m. on July 20, 2021, on a license required; operating without a valid license after an incident on Broadway.

Robert John Atwood, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on July 17 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Clinton Street.

Charles C. Shadle, 33, of Concord was cited at 2:30 p.m. on July 16 on a disorderly conduct charge as well as a pedestrian, fails to yield to traffic violation on Loudon Road.

Todd J. Rumrill, born 1962, of Webster was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on July 15 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Andrew R. Lake, born 1963, of Pittsfield was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on July 14 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident in the North End.

Christopher Murphy, born 1970, of Canterbury was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on July 13 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident at 196 N. Main Street.

Kevin Harley Folsom, 32, of Concord was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on July 11 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Integra Drive. Folsom has active drug possession cases in Merrimack County Superior Court.

McKenzie Drew Sporleder, 26, of Green Street in Concord was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on July 11 on aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16, endangering the welfare of a child, and breach of bail charges and a tail lamp and reflectors violation. An officer pulled over a Hyundai on Green Street for having a non-functioning license plate light, according to an affidavit. The officer wrote that there was a “strong odor” of both alcohol and marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver, Sporleder, was the subject of a “be on the lookout” call out of Manchester earlier due to possible intoxication and other issues, the affidavit stated. Other officers arrived as Sporleder was accused of admitting to drinking “a couple of beers” while trying to find the vehicle registration. She was requested to perform field sobriety tests and afterward, was arrested. Since she was out on bail previously and due to the charges, Sporleder was held.

Sara R. Lyons, born 1998, of Concord received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on July 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Also charged was Ivan Diaz, born 1983, on a bench warrant. They were charged after an incident at 221 Loudon Road.

Francis C. Horton, born 1973, of Concord received a summons at 2:17 p.m. on July 10 on a warrant after an incident at 239 Pleasant St.

Kyle M. Magoon, born 1995, of Tilton was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on July 8 on a controlled drug: sale, etc., methamphetamine charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
