Haley C. Seidensticker, 34, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on July 15 on stalking and two breach of bail charges. An officer on a routine patrol of Manchester Street saw a red Jeep driving northbound without an inspection sticker. The vehicle was pulled over at Cumberland Farms and the officer claimed a passenger in the rear of the vehicle “quickly exited” but was told to return, “which he did, without issue,” an affidavit stated. The officer spoke to the driver about the lack of an inspection sticker and he said he was aware of it — but he and others were just going to get some food at Cumbie’s, the report stated. The officer, however, noticed the rear passenger was “breathing heavily” and “appeared anxious,” and asked him for his information while calling for backup, an affidavit stated. After running a check on the passenger, criminal bail orders came up out of Franklin and Hillsborough that he was a protected party against Seidensticker — who was later identified as another passenger in the vehicle, the report stated. After double-checking the orders, Seidensticker was arrested and held without bail.
