Pembroke Man Faces Stalking, Breach Charges In Concord: Cop Log

A Mass. man was charged with trespass at one hotel while another man was arrested on assault charges at another. Plus, warrant arrests, too.

CONCORD, NH — Timothy Gobeil, 59, of High Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on Oct. 11 on stalking and breach of bail charges. About an hour before the arrest, officers received a report of a possible violation on South Main Street near the Tru Hotel. Officers watched Gobeil, who was driving in the area in a vehicle, and later, spoke to him while parked in the lot of the hotel, according to an affidavit. The protected party worked nearby, the report said. The bail order required Gobeil to be less than 300 feet from the woman. After speaking with both parties, who were both accused of admitting they were communicating with each other willingly, Gobeil was arrested and held without bail. Gobeil, according to superior court records, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order charge in June after being arrested on drug charges in August 2020.

Jason J. Fuller, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Oct. 10 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on Bog Road.

Toto Faris, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Oct. 10 on breach of bail, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Joshua M. Ackles, born 1980, of Everett, Massachusetts, received a summons at 9:34 a.m. on Oct. 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Tru Hotel on South Main Street.

James Bub Bullock, 50, of Concord was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Oct. 10 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at 202 N. Main St. Bullock failed to appear at the arraignment of a felony theft charge on Sept. 16.

Eric Joseph Waterman, 45, of Concord received a summons at 11 p.m. on Oct. 9 on a warrant after an incident on Airport Road. He failed to appear in superior court on Sept. 9 on two felony drug charges out of Franklin. He failed to appear again on Oct. 14. Waterman pleaded guilty to a drug charge out of Concord from 2020 in July.

Tammy M. Blair, born 1971, of Nashua received a citation on four bench warrants at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 9. Jessica Ann Langelier, born 1987, of Milton was arrested on a bench warrant. They were charged after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Kirsten Lee Porter, 29, of Concord was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 9 on three bench warrants after an incident on Bouton Street.

Joseph Albert Nault III, 32, of Concord was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on Oct. 8 on two warrants. He was charged after an incident on Thorndike Street. Nault failed to appear at the arraignment of felony drug possession and driving after revocation or suspension charges in superior court on Sept. 9.

Leah R. Richardson, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Oct. 8 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Joseph N. Cusumano, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 8 on two simple assault charges, two simple assault-domestic violence charges, and single counts of criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.
