Concord Teen Indicted On Rape, Strangulation, And Gun Threat Charges: Merrimack County Indictments

South Sutton man indicted on drug distro charges; Bradford felon accused of possessing a dagger, drugs; ME teen accused of swallowing drugs.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Lucien Eastman, 19, of South State Street in Concord, on criminal restraint, four criminal threatening, four second-degree assault, and six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and strangling a girl under 16 on April 4, 2025, and between April 1 and April 17, 2025, in Concord. Eastman also threatened her with a gun several times during those same dates, according to an indictment.

Jonathan J. Grosshart, 38, of Old Borough Road in Pembroke, on reckless conduct and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving through a red light at Pembroke Street and Sand Road in Pembroke. and causing an accident with injury on Dec. 31, 2023.

Joseph R. Hall, 38, of Fair View Drive in Pittsfield on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing T-shirts, underwear, jeans, and other items from Walmart in Concord on Nov. 21, 2025, after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Sayer A. Haas, 45, of Route 114 in Bradford, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a dagger, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Jan. 13 in Newbury. He is a felon due to a controlled drug act conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2022.

Heather Hodgdon, 44, of Old West Hopkinton Road in Henniker, on a felony count of operating as a habitual offender. She was accused of driving a Jeep Patriot on Interstate 93 in Canterbury on March 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Adam E. Raynor, 42, of Route 114 in South Sutton on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of a controlled drug-meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug-meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-meth charges, all felonies. The charges stemmed from incidents on Sept. 25, Oct. 28, and Nov. 4, 2025, in Concord, Contoocook, and Sutton.

Ashlynn Ronfeldt, 19, of Hopper Road in Acton, Maine, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of swallowing drugs on Jan. 2 in Bow in an effort to impede an investigation.

Joseph D. Thrasher, 34, of Horse Corner Road in Chichester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Mark Veshio, 38, of Wallace Road in Goffstown, on a felony count of possession of meth on Sept. 22, 2024, in Hooksett.

Nikole E. Welch, 44, of North Street in Claremont, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine in New London on Oct. 11, 2025.
