Tilton Teen Indicted On Sexual Assault, Strangulation Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Franklin man indicted on child rape, fondling charges; man indicted on knife threat charge; South Sutton man faces drug dispense charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Anani Aboussa, 31, of Jennings Drive in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a knife and saying to another person, “I’m going to kill you,” or words to that effect on April 25, 2024, in Concord.

Emma Beauregard, 18, of Laconia Road in Tilton, on second-degree assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of strangling and sexually assaulting a girl in Northfield on Feb. 29, 2024.

Joshua P. Brasier, 43, of Clinton Street in Concord, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Henniker on July 27, 2024.

Shaunna Murphy, 34, of Bald Mountain Road in Rumney, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 28, 2024, in Concord.

Robert Parent, 60, of Upland Drive in Franklin, on five felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping and fondling a girl between Dec. 18, 2006, and Dec. 17, 2010, in Webster.

Lacey M. Paye, 33, of Wintherspoon Road in Groton, Vermont, on reckless conduct and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, oxycodone, and buprenorphine, and crack cocaine, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving dangerously, between 75 and 90 mph in a 35-mph zone, “while passing cars and driving into oncoming traffic, forcing other motor vehicles off the road,” on May 18, 2024, in Hooksett. Anthony E. Pedra, 41, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Feb. 21, 2023, in Hooksett.

Caleb Phillips, 27, of Center Road in Canterbury, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking more than $1,500 in cash from another person in Northfield on Aug. 21, 2024.

Kirsten Porter, 31, of Rumford Street in Concord, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of possessing the drug in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Nov. 16, 2024.

Jamie Prentice, 27, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on a felony attempted sale of a narcotic and controlled drug-meth charge. Between Aug. 5 and Aug. 6, 2024, he was accused of agreeing to meet with an undercover police officer to sell 5 grams or more of fentanyl and less than one ounce of meth in Concord.

Adam E. Raynor, 48, of Route 114 in South Sutton, on possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to dispense, and possession of meth with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, in Henniker on July 23, 2024.

Christopher Regan, 32, of East Side Drive in Concord, on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing Smokers Choice II in Concord twice on Aug. 26, 2024.
