Assault, Threat, Stalking, Mischief Charges At Concord’s Friendly Kitchen: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Lindsay M. Leclerc, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on March 18 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Hall Street.

Lucien A. Eastman, 18, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on March 17 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, second-degree assault-strangulation, second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a possession-use of a tobacco product by a minor violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on South State Street.

Michael P. Doubleday, born in 1961, of Concord, received a summons at 10:45 a.m. on March 16 on a public disposal of human waste-city ordinance violation after an investigation or incident at the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord at 32 Clinton St.

Joseph W. Hanley, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on March 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Kevin Folsom, 35, of Concord, received a summons at 4:59 p.m. on March 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Raymond J. Blodgett, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on March 1 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested again at 3:47 p.m. on March on stalking and breach of bail charges. Blodgett was arrested after investigations or incidents at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Nicholas John Berardinelli, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 7:42 a.m. on March 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on East Side Drive.

Timothy Giles Fischer, born in 1980, of Merrimack, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an investigation or incident at 4 Bouton St.

Kevin Philip Stevens, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 28 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an investigation or incident on Rumford Street in the North End.

Garret C. Ean, born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons on a license required violation at 12:28 a.m. on Feb. 28 after an investigation or incident on Liberty Street.

Jason Jeffrey Belyea, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on Feb. 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Monroe Street.
