Woman From Manchester Arrested On Her Second Driving Under The Influence Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brian L. Eldridge, born in 1982, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2026, on an arrest without a warrant-domestic violence after an incident or investigation at 72 S. Main St.

Sincere T. Thomas, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Feb. 20 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Perley Street.

Mark A. Green, born in 1961, of Allenstown, received a summons at 10:03 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Joseph D. Thrasher, born in 1991, of Chichester, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Feb. 18 on an operate after certification as a habitual offender charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation at Walgreen’s at 142 Loudon Road.

Clark, born in 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Feb. 17 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge and a public urination or defecation violation after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St. He was also arrested on a warrant connected to an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

Nicole E. Roy, born in 1988, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Jan. 31 on driving under the influence and DUI-second charges, after an incident or investigation at 175 Manchester St.
