Cops Arrest Alleged Drunk Drivers on the Heights​: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Randy L. Barton, YOB 1969, of Lazy Pines Drive in Loudon, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for two counts of sale of controlled drugs, default or breach of bail conditions, and four bench warrants. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Burns Avenue.

Stephanie L. Rochon, YOB 1982, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Michael Robinson, year of birth 1990, of Elm Street in Goffstown, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for two counts of habitual offender, two counts of disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. The charges stem from alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive and the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Jean P. Gakinahe, YOB 1985, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, for operating without a valid license after an alleged incident at Uno’s Car Wash on Loudon Road.

Laura L. Fortin, YOB 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested outside of the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Jessica L. Cole, YOB 1979, of Queen Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Karihungu Ntihinyurwa, YOB 1980, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on East Side Drive.

Brian S. Demeritt, YOB 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2017, for criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident on South Main Street.

Kayitani Ndutiye, YOB 1965, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road. Previously, he was arrested on Oct. 30, 2016, for DWI, and Nov. 22, 2016, after a crash. In October 2015, he was also arrested for DWI.

Curtis J. Perry, YOB 1992, of Wyman Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2017, for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.
