CONCORD, NH — Darren Arthur Gero, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 4:55 a.m. on April 13, 2020, on two false imprisonment charges after an incident in the Bog Road and Borough Road area of the city.

Kelley Ann Smith, 50, of Prospect Street in Concord was arrested at 9 a.m. on April 10 on four felony second-degree assault charges, two simple assault, and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges after an incident in the Fosterville areas of the city. She was also charged with willful concealment charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She was arrested again at 3:35 p.m. on April 11 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident in the Fosterville area of the city. Officers were sent to Prospect Street for an unwanted guest call with a woman, later identified as Smith, asking a man to be removed from an apartment, according to an affidavit. Dispatch checked and found Smith had two active warrants — having been accused of assaulting a man — and she was arrested. During processing, Smith "became angry" because the officer wouldn't focus on trespass paperwork for the man (later, the officer stated the man agreed to remove his things from the apartment), according to the reporting officer. "Smith became more angry and stated she was going to have her biker gang friends from the Hells Angels take care of (the man) by throwing him off a balcony," an affidavit said. Smith was warned not to go back to the apartment until the man had left and was told if she did, she would be arrested again. About three hours later, police were sent back to Prospect Street after the man accused Smith of coming back to his apartment and threatening to have the Hells Angels "take care of him." Officers arrived at the apartment but Smith was already gone, according to an affidavit. After speaking with the landlady about the case, an affidavit was issued for Smith for stalking and breach of bail. She was arrested the next day.

Eric J. Waterman, born 1976, of Concord received a summons at 1:05 a.m. on April 7 on possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.
