Overdose At Concord Walmart Leads To Charge, Trespass Order: Log

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, homeless in Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 10:55 p.m. on March 31, 2020, at the Storrs Street Garage.
Cody Richard Merrill, born 1993, of Loudon was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on March 17 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident on West Street in the South End.
Andrew R. Goodnow, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1 p.m. on March 15 on a warrantafter an incident at Dollar Tree on Loudon Road.

Kenneth J. Jensen, born 1995, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:45 p.m. on March 5, 2020, at police headquarters.
Charles Adam Maynard, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on March 4 on an unlawful activities; litter control charge at Marshalls on Storrs Street.

Joseph Albert Nault, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on March 2 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at Rite Aid on South Street.
Steven James Mott, 47, homeless in Concord was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on March 1 on a willful concealment charge. An officer and EMTs were sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of an overdose in the bathroom of the store. Firefighters, according to the affidavit, said the man, Mott, was inhaling from a duster product but was "alert and conscious." Employees requested he be trespassed from the store, the officer gave Mott trespass paperwork, and he was taken to Concord Hospital. Later, Mott called the officer and requested getting his backpack back which was left at the store. The officer retrieved it from the loss prevention office after an employee found it in the Subway shop at the store. The employee, however, stated there were several stolen items in the backpack, the report stated, including a broken two-pack of duster. The officer eyed surveillance video and accused Mott of stealing a sandwich from the grocery section and another product and taking them to Subway. Later, the sandwich and the product were gone. The officer brought the backpack to the hospital and questioned Mott about the items inside it. Later, an affidavit was issued against him for willful concealment.
Agnes T. Russell, born 1951, of Boscawen was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on March 1 on two simple assault charges after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook.
Timothy S. Flynn, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on March 1 on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge and two DUI charges on East Side Drive.
Ashley Danielle Washington, born 1987, of the Bronx, New York, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Feb. 28 on two identity fraud and two theft by deception-$1,501+ charges after an incident at TD Bank NH on North Main Street.
Michael Harzmovitch, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on Feb. 27 on a warrant after an incident at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street.
Robert Geddes, 39, with a last known address of Ty Lane in Concord was arrested at 6 a.m. on Feb. 26 on criminal mischief and two simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Ty Lane for a report of a man claiming a woman struck him in the head with a cellphone and poured water down his back, according to an affidavit. The woman, however, denied the incident and said the man poured beer on her. She then began recording to the incident and the man, identified as Geddes, began calling her names, according to the report. Witnesses accused Geddes of targeting the woman and "tearing up the house" looking for a cell phone. He was later arrested and held without bail.
Kimberly Anne Fogg, born 1976, of Belmont was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a warrant. She was arrested a police headquarters.
