Concord Man Arrested On Threat, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mark David Marston, born 1982, of an unknown address, was arrested at 7:13 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2019, and charged with deal/possess prescription drugs, breach of bail, and three possession of a controlled drug charges on Fifield Street.

Bryanna C. Locke, born 1996, of Barnstead, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 14, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Cody W. Muzzey, born 1991, and Kevin D. Muzzey, born 1968, of Webster, both received a summons at 6:28 p.m. on Sept. 13, on a theft charge. They were arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Edward F. Siudut Jr., born 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 10:41 a.m. on Sept. 12, on two simple assault charges after an incident in the Garvins Falls Road area of the city.

Jeffery Raymon Gonzalez Cruz, born 1997, of an unknown address, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Sept. 10, on a criminal trespass charge and a bench warrant at the Speedway on Hall Street.

Melissa Lynn Coffey, born 1981, of Concord, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road at 5:21 p.m. on Sept. 8.

Brookelynn Kay Swenson, born 1999, of Boscawen, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on Sept. 7, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Community Drive in the Merrimack Valley High School area of the city.

Craig S. Kenyon, born 1963, of an unknown address, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Sept. 6, on a bench warrant at The Friendly Kitchen on Commercial Street.

Claufy L. Bongambe, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. on Sept. 5, on two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges in the area of the New Hampshire State Hospital.

Antonio Gonzalez-Galeana, born 1990, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on Sept. 3, on breach of bail and two stalking charges after an incident in the Branch Turnpike area of the city.
