Concord Woman Arrested On Prowling Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kenneth Harzmovitch, 36, of Manchester was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2021, on a theft of services charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street. Harzmovitch is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Sept. 30.

Jessica Savage, 25, of Littleton was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 26 on three bench warrants after an incident on Loudon Road.

Cy Blu Durgin, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive.

Isabel A. Santos, 30, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Daniel McNeill, born 1996, of Concord received a summons at 7:41 p.m. on Aug. 23 on a bench warrant after an incident at Families in Transition on Odd Fellows Avenue.

Nathaniel Burke, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 11 a.m. on Aug. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident on Thompson Street.

Rodney E. Knieriemen, 52, of Rolfe Street in Concord was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Aug. 13 on criminal mischief, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, two simple assault charges, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. Officers were sent to a domestic incident on Rolfe Street between two women and Knieriemen. Knieriemen, an affidavit stated, had an empty pint glass in his hand and was unable to speak incoherently. One of the women accused him of throwing food around and grabbing a man and throwing him against a vehicle after the man tried to get control of the situation. Later, according to the complainants, Knieriemen was accused of grabbing a screwdriver and a beer and approaching a woman in “a threatening manner.” He was then accused of throwing the beer at the woman. Knieriemen was arrested and held without bail.

Megan Douillette, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a warrant after an incident at the Best Western on 97 Hall St.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 19, of Concord was arrested at 8 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Valerie E. Fredette, 37, of Concord was arrested at 4 a.m. on Aug. 8 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident on Albin Street.

Bryan J. Patterson, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 6:14 a.m. on Aug. 7 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

William Allen Smith, 26, of Concord was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on Aug. 6 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident on North State Street.

Sue Ellen Herrick, born 1987, of Contoocook was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on felony operate after certification as a habitual offender, suspension of vehicle registration, and disobeying an officer charges after an incident Thorndike Street.
