Concord Woman Arrested On Child Endangerment, Other Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Zachary V. Labrecque, 32, of Concord was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2020, on a warrant. Also arrested was Victoria E. Williams, 35, of Concord on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street. Labrecque was accused of failure to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 10 on robbery with a weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, theft, and other charges out of Hooksett from November 2019. Williams was wanted on a violation of probation or parole accusation out of Haverhill from November 2020 after being convicted on a felony habitual offender charge out of Lebanon in September 2020.

Thomas Leon Dwyer, 51, of Concord was arrested at 3:37 p.m. on Dec. 15 on stalking and two criminal mischief charges as well as a littering violation. He was arrested on North State Street.

Donna Marie Gove, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 15 on four bench warrants. She was arrested in the Storrs Street area of the city.

Marjorie Blaisdell, 41, of Concord was arrested at 1:52 a.m. on Dec. 15 on a bench warrant. She has four active drug charges in superior court and is due back in court on Jan. 19.

Samantha Engelking, 37, of Concord was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on Dec. 15 on a bench warrant.

Kaylee Mackenstadt, born 2000, of Henniker received a summons at 8:42 p.m. on Dec. 14 on an unlawful possession/intoxication charge after an incident in the South State and South Main streets area of the city.

Valerie Evlyn Fredette, 36, of Concord received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested in the North End and Washington Street area of the city. Fredette has a number of other prior cases.

Adolphe Ndayishimiye, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 9:41 a.m. on Dec. 14 on a warrant. He was arrested on Loudon Road.

Sarah Jean Swanson, 22, of Concord was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Dec. 14 on possession of a controlled drug, interference with custody, endangering the welfare of a child, and falsifying physical evidence charges after an incident in the Turtle Town area of the city. She is due in superior court on March 11 for an arraignment.

Corey D. McKay, 42, of Concord was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on Dec. 13 on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Storrs Street near Market Basket. He is due in superior court Jan. 15 for an arraignment. McKay was convicted on a felony theft charge in October 2020, convicted on possession of meth and fentanyl charges in October 2019, and possession in November 2018.
