Epsom Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Court

Plus: Concord, Hooksett drug indictments; Manchester man indicted in Pembroke burglary cases; man indicted on reckless conduct charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joshua A. Waters, 33, of West Main Street in Warner on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a 2004 GMC Savana with a generator valued at more than $1,500 from New England Kenworth in Concord on Sept. 18.

Ryan Cormier, 31, of Granite Street in Manchester on a theft by unauthorized taking and five conspiracy burglary charges, all felonies. On June 18, he and Nikolas Carr were accused of burglarizing and stealing items from homes on White Sands Road in Pembroke.

Griffin Furlotte, 20, of Donna Drive in Pembroke on four felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to report Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and gmail accounts to Pembroke police on April 27. He is required to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to disseminating a private image and assault charges in 2019.

Melvin Tebbets, 39, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett on a felony possession of Xanax charge on Aug. 8 in Pembroke.

Mark E. Smith, 64, of Sherwood Meadows in Pembroke on criminal threatening, reckless conduct-domestic violence, and four reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a loaded gun at three other people on Aug. 4 in Pembroke.

James Soyferman, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 9 in Hooksett.

Michael Foye, 45, of Camelot Drive in Hooksett on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge from Aug. 29 in Hooksett.

Mark Dignan, 53, of Dover Road in Epsom on five felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges from Sept. 28 in Epsom.

Christopher Paquin, 30, of Tote Road in Loudon on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen on Aug. 6.

Jordan Marsh, 43, of East Side Drive in Concord on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to conceal baggies in his shoes in Concord on Aug. 1.
