Elderly Concord Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Paul M. Palmer, year of birth 1933, of Concord, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in the Old Loudon Road area of the city.

Vicki L. Lemieux, year of birth 1973, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for habitual offender, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Storrs Street in the New Hampshire State Liquor Store.

Gary M. Allard, year of birth 1963, of Kay Lane in Waterbury, CT, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident on Fort Eddy Road near B.Good.

Michael S. Davis, year of birth 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Rite Aid on South Street.

Sandra L. Dow, year of birth 1944, of King Street in Boscawen, received a summons at 4:20 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Oscar Ndibanje, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for armed robbery, resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Yellow Submarine sub shop on North State Street.
