Former Concord Resident Indicted On 13 Child Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Pittsfield man indicted on more child sexual assault charges; Warner man indicted on aggravated DWI charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Paul Rogers, 55, of Fairview Drive in Pittsfield on three felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of having a child fondle him between Sept. 10 and Sept. 27, 2021, in Pittsfield.
Ruben Saldana, 28, of Thornton Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, charges on April 12 in Hooksett.

Liam P. Scofield, 39, of Clamsteam Road in Clifton Park, New York, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle dangerously in Henniker on April 1.
Dillon Simpson, 32, of Skinner Street in Center Sandwich on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 28, 2021, in New London.

Wayne R. Smith, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a bicycle from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road in Concord on June 28.
Dominic Teal, 23, a homeless man now located in Rochester, on unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rental property over $1,500 and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of keeping control of another person’s 2016 Toyota Corolla after an agreed to date on Aug. 1 in Northfield.
David M. Thurlow, 48, of Morse Road in Warner on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Route 103 in Warner on Nov. 12, 201, while intoxicated by drugs and causing a crash with serious bodily injuries to a woman.
David Trainor, 32, of Salem Street in Salem, Massachusetts, on four first-degree assault charges, nine second-degree assault charges, and tampering with witnesses and informants, all felonies. He was accused of assaulting a child repeatedly between Feb. 14 and Feb. 23 in Concord, causing traumatic brain injury and other injuries. Trainor was also accused of attempting to induce another to withhold information or testimony from the Concord police on Feb. 23.
