Franklin Man, Facing Murder Charge, Indicted On Stolen Car Rap: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. On April 24, he was accused of stealing ice cream and a ready-to-go meal from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road after twice before being convicted on theft charges. The drug charge was from June 4 in Concord.

Paul Rogers, 55, of Fairview Drive in Pittsfield on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a child between Sept. 10 and Sept. 27, 2021, in Pittsfield.

Helmi Marie Ryan, 49, with a last known address of North Main Street in Concord, on three sale of narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges and possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing fentanyl on Feb. 8 on Garvins Falls Road in Concord and accused of selling fentanyl on March 31 on South Main Street in Concord, on April 19 on Chamberlain Circle in Concord, and on April 26 on Loudon Road in Concord. Ryan was previously convicted of selling a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2019.

Dante Santiago, 36, of Salisbury Road in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 13 in Franklin.

Haley Campbell Seidensticker, 35, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining property belong to three men that she knew had been stolen on March 27 in Henniker.

Derek Sikora, 39, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, on April 26 in Concord.

Dillon Sleeper, 26, of Hill Road in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Kia Optima owned by another person on July 16 in Epsom. About a week later, he was arrested on a murder charge, accused of killing Jason Wirtz of Manchester during a stabbing in Hooksett.

Michael Spaulding, 35, of North Road in Warner on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a motor vehicle owned by another person on Dec. 17, 2021, in Concord.

Cody R. Stanford, 27, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, fentanyl and meth, charges, both felonies, on June 17 in Allenstown.
