Concord Man, Pittsfield Woman Face Drug Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Joseph William Meserve, 27, of Concord was arrested at 3:17 p.m. on March 15, 2022, on two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on Holly Street.

Daniel M. Cheverie, 26, of Littleton was arrested at 2 p.m. on March 14 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 6th Circuit Court on Clinton Street.

Brianna L. Morales, born 1990, of Pembroke was cited at 8:25 a.m. on March 13 on a theft of services, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Princess Nails on Loudon Road.

Desiree Charter, 36, of Pittsfield received a summons at 12:50 p.m. on March 12 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at 118 Storrs St. The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 17. She was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 14. Charter is due back in court for a dispositional conference on May 26.

Josue F. Gonzalez, born 1979, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on March 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Samuel Jacob Wagner, born 2001, of Concord was cited at 8:45 p.m. on March 10 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Dylan J. Bill, 23, of Concord was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on March 10 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. Bill has a competency hearing in superior court on April 4 on a drug arrest out of Concord from January.

Scott M. Donahue, 59, of Concord was arrested at 10:04 a.m. on March 9 on a violation of protective order charge and a warrant after an incident at Longhorn Steakhouse on Loudon Road.

Joshua Taylor Mitchell, 27, of Concord was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on March 7 on two bench warrants after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

David Trainor, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Feb. 23 on an obstruct government administration charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Philana Bush, born 1974, of Boscawen received a summons at 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 22 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Loudon Road.
