Franklin Woman Indicted On Theft, Forgery, Other Charges: Court
Pittsfield woman accused of stepping on the neck of another, impeding breathing; theft, drug indictments in Concord; sex offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jason D. Woody, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 21, 2021, in Concord.
Robert Young, 53, of Country Lane in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 25, 2021, in Franklin.

Jeffrey A. Luckern, 59, of High Ridge Trail in Concord on a simple assault-subject to an enhanced penalty charge. He was accused of kicking a Hillsborough County sheriff’s sergeant on Oct. 31, 2021, in Concord.
Juliette Hibbert, 47, of New Hampton Road in Franklin on a fraudulent use of a credit card charge as well as three counts of theft by deception and three counts of forgery, all felonies. Between Oct. 28, and Dec. 24, 2018, she was accused of exercising control over another person’s money, cashing checks, and using their credit card.

Thomas John Ball Poirier, 40, formerly of Cedar Street in Tilton on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless conduct, obtaining a controlled drug by deceit, and possession of methylphenidate charges, all felonies. While at the Spaulding Academy and Family Services in Northfield, he was accused of swapping out medications to children with an unknown substance between July 3 and Dec. 22, 2020.
Michael J. Morron, 30, of Pearl Street in Franklin on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of not registering with Franklin police on Aug. 25, 2021.
Wayne R. Smith, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing the property of the Courtyard by Marriott in Concord on Aug. 3, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Scott L. Stanley III, 30, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 23, 2021, in Franklin.
Steven Sturtevant, 37, of East Main Street in Bradford on attempted falsifying physical evidence and a controlled drug act; acts prohibited (fentanyl and xlazine mix) charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to conceal a sunglass case with drugs in it by throwing it over a fence on Sept. 8, 2021, in Hopkinton.
Dana Nikolais, 36, of Eastern Districts Road in Danbury on a felony conspiracy: tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of making several calls, including to Steven Means, between Aug. 3 and Aug. 12, 2021, in Boscawen to get others to drop charges against him in a domestic violence case, according to the indictment.
Tyler St. George, 31, of Dove Lane in Pittsfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (crack cocaine and methamphetamine) on June 7, 2021, in Pittsfield.
Kristie White, 34, of Smith Street in Pittsfield on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of placing her foot or knee on the neck of another person impeding her breathing in Pittsfield on Aug. 29, 2021.
