Goffstown Man Indicted On Fatal Fentanyl Deal Charge In Concord: Superior Court Roundup
Franklin woman indicted on ATV theft charge; Manchester stalker indicted on Hooksett charge; Allenstown man indicted on theft, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Keirsten Gadwah, 28, of West Bow Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and conspiracy: theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining a stolen 2008 Suzuki ATV and then agreeing with Harry Place to sell it to another person in Boscawen on Feb. 16, according to the indictment.
Cyle Reece Gancarz, 25, of Danis Park Road in Goffstown on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He was accused of selling or dispensing fentanyl to Ryan Theriault on Sept. 2, 2021, in Concord and causing his death in Concord on Sept. 3, 2021.

James A. Getchell, 33, of Hall Street in Manchester on two felony operating while certified habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Hall Street in Bow on March 7 and Route 3A in Bow on March 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Beau J. Gilbert, 38, of Avon Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating an order by being close to a protected party’s vehicle on April 3 in Hooksett after being convicted of stalking before in the past seven years.

Francis Gilcreast, 25, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 6 in Bow.
Mark Green, 62, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown on possession of tramadol-subsequent, possession of meth-subsequent, and two attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and trying to remove three cylinder heads from Grappone Hyundai to resell them on Jan. 15 in Bow. According to the indictment, Green was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Raymond Hastings, 40, on North Main Street in Concord, on a felony possession of narcotic drug-cocaine and fentanyl mix charge in the area of School Street in Concord on March 16.
Zachariah J. Head, 29, of Ocean Street in Hyannis, Massachusetts, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a knife in Hooksett on March 26.
Brendan Henss, 27, of Ski Hill Drive in Northfield on a felony operating as an habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet Silverado on the Franklin Highway in Andover on Feb. 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Belknap County Superior Court indictment:
Steven Miller, 28, of Leavitt Road in Pittsfield on felony criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charges. He was accused of stealing a catalytic converter off a Ford F-15 pickup truck owned by Northland Construction in Belmont on Jan. 26.
