New York Man Arrested On DUI, Revocation, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Paul Mathieu Defazio, born 2003, of Andover was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2022, on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested on North State Street.

Ryan P. Cormier, 32, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1 a.m. on Dec. 2 after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Harry Daniel Place, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on Dec. 1 on a bench warrant and a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident on Village Street.

Shannon Kelley, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a stop signs; yield signs violation after an incident on North State Street.

Benjamin B. Berry, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:39 p.m. on Nov. 10 after an incident at Jared on Loudon Road.

Peter L. Carter, 78, of Concord was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Nov. 9 on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Thompson Street.

John P. Alexander, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on North State Street.

Dalton Von Kopp, born 2001, of Jamestown, New York, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Nov. 7 on driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and unregistered vehicle charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Andrew J. Mitza, 32, of Laconia was arrested on a warrant at 2:12 p.m. on Nov. 7 after an incident on Hall Street.

John F. Pickering, born 1975, of Epsom was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on Oct. 26 on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender and misuse of plates charges after an incident at 121 S. Main St.
