​Franklin Man Indicted On Salisbury Felonious Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Canaan man indicted on Concord robbery charge; CT man accused of driving 127 mph on I-93, crashing into vehicles; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Brendan T. Henss, 27, of Northfield on felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on the Franklin Highway in Andover on Feb. 2 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Rayshawn Hubbard, 24, of Kendall Street in Franklin on three felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of statutory rape of a child in Salisbury between Nov. 11, 2022, and Jan. 1.

Allison Jivery, 23, of Dover Point Road in Dover on possession of fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Jan. 5 in Concord.

Eric Kelly, 39, of Westside Avenue in Manchester on felony motor vehicles; penalties charge in Bow on Feb. 22 and theft by unauthorized taking charge on Feb. 21 in Bow. According to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Jessica Kierstead, 37, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony theft by deception with two priors charge. She was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Franklin on Nov. 27, 2022.

Seth Laughy, 40, of Old South Main Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 8, 2022, in Franklin.

Keryn Lynch, 38, of Sorrel Drive in Boscawen on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of exercising control over a 2007 Toyota Matrix on Dec. 17, 2021, owned by another person, in Concord.

Michael L. Lyon, 32, of Route 4 in Canaan on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of punching another man in the face during a theft incident on March 7 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Robbery, Theft, Assault, Resisting Arrest Charges At A Concord Subway

The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

James Peters, 60, of Vail Road in Center Barnstead on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, and breach of bail conditions. He was accused of putting a gun to another man’s face and attempting to hit an ATV the man was driving with his truck on April 14 in Center Barnstead. At the time, Peters was out on bail from another case in October 2022.

Nicole Weeks, 39, of Windsor Way in Center Barnstead on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and criminal mischief charges. She was accused of using a 2015 Hyundai Tucson, owned by another person, as a deadly weapon by rear-ending another vehicle while a passenger was inside on Feb. 14 in Center Barnstead.

Benjamin Saxon, 23, of Saginaw Street in South Windsor, Connecticut, on falsifying physical evidence and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 without lights on at speeds greater than 127 mph and crashing into two vehicles on Dec. 8, 2022, in Sanbornton. Saxon was also accused of destroying and concealing controlled substances to impede an investigation.
