Henniker Stalker Indicted On More Charges: County Court Roundup
Accused I-93 wrong-way driver indicted; Franklin man indicted on car jacking, conduct charges; accused Manchester meth dealer indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people have been indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Carley C. Tate, 25, pictured upper left, of Pineo Road in Center Barnstead, on a felony reckless conduct charge. Tate is accused of using a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon on I-93 by driving north in the southbound lane through Hooksett and Bow on May 5.
Brian C. Taylor, 27, of Plains Court in Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Dec. 3, 2018, in Franklin, and felony willful concealment charge. On June 18, he's accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Laconia District Court in July 2011, and Plymouth District Court on March 2012.

Nicholas D. Torrey, 31, of Karl Gordon Road in Alexandria, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2018, in Hooksett.
Cody Ubhaus, 27, lower middle, of Hall Avenue in Henniker, on two counts of tampering with witnesses and informants and two counts of stalking, all felonies. On Feb. 20, he's accused of contacting a woman with a protective order from a prison tablet in Concord and by telephone on April 29, in Concord. During the phone conversation, he's accused of "stating she should disappear or not be present for the pending hearing." On Feb. 7, he is accused of calling a woman and telling her not to provide evidence and suggesting she move to Georgia. Previously, he was convicted of stalking on November 2016, in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Samuel P. Vachon, 27, of South Road in Belmont, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of selling a micrometer tool at Atlantic Traders in Chichester that was stolen or he had believed to be stolen on Aug. 8, 2018.
Carl W. Wescott, 61, middle right, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on robbery and two reckless conduct charges. On May 22, he is accused of carjacking a vehicle in Franklin, using physical force against a woman, and then driving the vehicle as a deadly weapon, nearly striking two people. At the time of the incident, according to the indictment, he was out of bail from Franklin District Court.
Joshua H. White, 40, upper middle, homeless, on possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine and methamphetamine charges on June 12, in Bow, while out on bail on another charge. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018.
Andy R. Williams, 54, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge at Hannaford on June 11, in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a theft charge.
Tessa Yapor, 22, upper right, of Pine Street in Manchester, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges on March 23, on Bradford Road in Henniker.
Shane Thompson, 34, of Reservoir Road in Deering, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Feb. 20, on I-93 in Bow. At the time, he was out on bail on a sale of a controlled drug charge issued on Jan. 11, out of Merrimack County Superior Court.
Roland Thibeault, 23, lower right, of Concord, on delivery of articles and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. On March 6, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, he's accused of being in possession of marijuana and swallowing the drug to impair an investigation.
Karen C. Tefft, 32, lower left, of Thorndike Street in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. On Feb. 13, she's accused of failing to scan items in the self-checkout lane at Walmart in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges in Salem Circuit Court in June 2013, and Concord Circuit Court in January.
