CONCORD, NH — Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, year of birth 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on March10, 2019, on two counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on Storrs Street.

Elizabeth W. Coffey, year of birth 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on March 9, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. She was arrested after an incident on Little Pond Road.

Skyler S. Isenburg, year of birth 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on March 8, for sale of a controlled drug and criminal liability for the conduct of another.

Ashton E. Garland, year of birth 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on March 8, for receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and operating with an expired license on Old Suncook Road.

Marie A. Mugeni, year of birth 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on March 7, for simple assault and resisting arrest after an incident at CVS on Loudon Road.

Caleb R. Taylor, year of birth 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on March 6, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and three warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Roland M. Thibeault, year of birth 1995, of Pembroke, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on March 5, on five counts of a sale of a controlled drug.

Erik M. Bradbury, year of birth 1995, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on March 5, on two counts of forgery and three counts of receiving stolen property-less than $1,000. He was arrested after an incident at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.
