Homeless Teen with Priors Allegedly Vandalizes Bank: LOG

Concord Police: Woman allegedly punches man for not preparing meat sauce properly, man gives false name, hides, and cat treats stolen.

CONCORD, NH - Eric V. Barbasso, 47, of Molly Lane in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2015, for simple assault and disorderly conduct from Jan. 17, 2015, at the intersection of North Main and Pleasant streets. He was arrested by Chichester Police and picked up at the Super Shoes on Route 4. He’s due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.

Joseph D. Vicinanzo, 28, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Dec. 9, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield. A Toyota Camry was stopped on Court Street after pulling out of the Cumberland Farms location on North Main Street “quickly” and causing a police officer to “brake rapidly in order to avoid collision.” The driver – Vicinanzo – allegedly smelled like alcohol, offered poor eye contact, and kept his head down. He reportedly told the officer that he thought the officer was near the Tea Garden and not right in front of him. When asked where he was headed, “Joseph was staring at another registration for several seconds and didn’t respond to my question.” When asked what he was staring at, he allegedly stated, “Traffic.” Vicinanzo allegedly denied drinking and when asked why he smelled like alcohol, he allegedly stated that the smell was coming from his beard. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested and is due in court on Dec. 28.

Dylan A. Simms, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on Dec. 8, for felony criminal mischief against Santander Bank on North State Street on Nov. 12, 2015. An officer heard the school resource officer call in a check on Simms and knew he had an active warrant. He was arrested at the Gulf gas station on Pleasant Street. Simms is due in court on Jan. 18, 2016.

Crystal J. Brown, 24, of Mayhew Turnpike in Plymouth, was arrested at 6:16 a.m. on Nov. 13, for operating after suspension and two bench warrants issued out of Franklin District Court for reckless conduct on Feb. 27, 2015, and willful concealment on March 3, 2015, $1,339 cash bail. Officers on Hall Street stopped a Nissan after the vehicle quickly accelerated and cut off another vehicle while pulling out of the methadone clinic. A check of the car’s registration yielded the warrants against Brown and she was pulled over and arrested.

Marial A. Kocdal Loya, 26, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Nov. 6, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to Chi Cha Hookak on Pleasant Street for an unwanted guest who left. The man’s description was given to officers and he was later found on South Main Street. The man – Kocdal Loya – had an active warrant out of Hooksett District Court for simple assault with $250 cash bail. He was arrested and held.

Matthew E. Dengelis, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Nov. 6, on a bench warrant out of Merrimack County for nonappearance in court, $2,000 cash bail. Police were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a couple fighting. The man reportedly told police that he was from California but dispatch couldn’t find his name on file. After police left, they ran into another person who asked about the man in the apartment, re-checked his name, and then went back to look for him but he had already left. They later found him reportedly hiding under stairs in the building and he was arrested.

Ricky M. Franco, 37, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 5, for a warrant out of Merrimack County from Oct. 20, 2015, for failing to appear at a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was arrested on Manchester Street and then released to sheriffs.

David J. Koziell, 39, of Contoocook Valley Avenue in Antrim, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on Nov. 4, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly stealing about $30 worth of clothing, cat treats, cat food, and other items from the Walmart on Loudon Road. He was convicted of theft in Merrimack County in April 1999 and Hillsborough County in September 2006.

Denise Groleau, 61, of Asby Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Nov. 3, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to the home after dispatch reportedly heard across a phone that a woman was screaming and a man was yelling in the background that he didn’t want to be hit anymore, according to a report. The parties were separated and the man stated he was making dinner when Groleau allegedly started screaming at him that he wasn’t making the meat sauce correctly. “(The victim) described Denise as being out of control and she could not be reasoned with,” the officer alleged. “(The victim) stated he laughed, because he thought Denise was being overly critical of him (and) Denise punched him in the face twice to the left side of his jaw and she also punched him in the right shoulder area.” Another officer attempted to ask Groleau questions but she was allegedly “vague” and was later arrested.

Laurie J. Thibedeau, 46, of Range Road in Epsom, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. on Nov. 3, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for a rear driver side brake light out. The driver – Thibedeau – had a suspended license and was arrested. According to the report, she was convicted in Candia District Court of driving after suspension on Jan. 21, 2015.
