Laconia Man Indicted On Concord Robbery Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Franklin man indicted on burglary charge; Pittsfield thief faces felony theft charge; sex assaulter indicted again on duty to report charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Aubrey R. Lavigne, 23, of Pine Crest Circle in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix charge on Aug. 12 in Concord.
John Letendre, 34, from Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on felony delivery of articles prohibited and possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges. He was accused of possessing the drug at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on June 24. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a conspiracy to commit-sale of a controlled drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2017.

David T. Ligocki, 49, of Fayette Street in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Sept. 7. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Genice M. Littlefield, 34, of Arlington Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 9 in Hopkinton.

Travis M. Lufkin, 21, of Union Avenue in Laconia on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force during a robbery in Concord on June 30.
Shawn Murphy, 39, of Franklin on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering a building on Prospect Street in Franklin on Sept. 8.
Myk T. Neuner, 35, a homeless man now located in Keene, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 28 in Concord.
Elliot Perez, 29, of Maple Street in Manchester on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, para-fluorofentanyl, tramadol, oxycodone, and fentanyl, on May 5 in Hooksett.
Jesse Pickard, 34, of Main Street in Concord on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to let police in Concord know he had moved to Tilton between Aug. 5 and May 19, 2021, as he was required to do due to being convicted on a felonious sexual assault charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2011. Pickard was previously convicted on a duty to report charge in March 2016 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Robert P. Reidy, 30, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 3 in Concord.
