CONCORD, NH — Landon Smart, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 3:33 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2026, on speeding and conduct after an accident charges following an incident or investigation on Christian Avenue.

Gregg M. Malisos, born in 1973, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Jan. 22 on forgery, breach of bail, and theft by deception, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at St. Mary’s Bank at 16 Manchester St.

Joseph D. McCormick, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road.

Janice Louise Bonfiglioli, born in 1948, of Concord, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. on Jan. 20 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Nzabinesha Jean Cosmos, born in 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 11:43 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a criminal mischief charge following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Gerald James Lane, born in 1995, of Washington, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Jan. 16 on a vehicular assault charge and a traffic control device violation following an incident or investigation on Clinton Street.

Teofil Bortos, born in 1979, of an unknown address in New York, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Jan. 12 on disobeying an officer, false report to law enforcement, five counts of identity fraud, four counts of forgery, and four counts of credit card fraud-less than $1,000. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road. Gregory J. Zieroff, born in 1985, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Jan. 9 on three forgery and three theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges following an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Steven William Murphy, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 4:17 a.m. on Jan. 9 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent felony charge. He was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 following an incident or investigation at the Salvation Army at 58 Clinton St. and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Alexander Christopher Colbath, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Jan. 8 on manufacture child sexual abuse image, violation of privacy-child less than 18, endangering-solicit sex, and felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 charges, all felonies.
