Franklin Felon Indicted On 9 Drug Sale Charges, Weapon Possession: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man accused of pulling fire alarm at school; Manchester felon accused of possessing guns; Northfield sexual assault indicted.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Moises Alicea, unknown age, formerly of West Street in Concord but incarcerated at MCI-Shirley State Prison in Massachusetts at the time of the indictment, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of obtaining money belonging to People Ready and-or Sam’s Club in Concord by falsifying numerous forms claiming he worked between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2019.
Bryan G. Allsop, 40, of Crawford Road in Concord, on a felony false fire alarms resulting in injury or death charge. He was accused of pulling a fire alarm at New Freedom Academy in Canterbury on Jan. 8, causing someone to slip and fall during an evacuation and receiving lacerations to her face and making her unconscious.

Jasmine C. Boudreau, 46, of Wilson Street in Manchester, on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a Smith & Wesson .22 caliber revolver on Dec. 15, 2023, in Pittsfield. Boudreau is a felon due to a controlled drug act conviction charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2023.
Michael Brownell, 40, of Munroe Street in Franklin, on two felon in possession of a deadly weapon, two possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent, and nine sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling and-or possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine in Franklin on Dec. 11, 2024, Jan. 2, Jan. 9, Jan. 16, and Jan. 23. He also possessed a .357 Ruger and a M&P Bodyguard pistol on Jan. 23, according to the indictment. Previously, according to the indictment, Brownell was convicted on a prior offense in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2019. Phillip Bryson, 53, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on three felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense counts, meth, psilocin and psilocybin, and fentanyl, on Oct. 8, 2024, in Hooksett.
Gerald Buckley, 73, of Elm Street in Northfield, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register an online identifier quarterly, a Facebook account, on July 7, 2024, in Northfield. Buckley is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court in June 1990.

Matthew P. Burt, 33, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, on two felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving dangerously by driving a GMC Sierra south in the northbound lanes on Interstate 93 in Canterbury on Feb. 6. Jonathan Tyrrell, 36, of Currier Road in Hill, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges in Franklin on Oct. 30, 2024.
Roderick Urquhart, 40, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet Tahoe on Bean Hill Road in Northfield on Jan. 28, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.
Melissa E. Weston, 44, of Tanglewood Drive in Henniker, on possession of meth and possession of amphetamine charges, both felonies, on Feb. 7, 2024, in Henniker.
Jessica D. Wilson, 48, of West Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Deerfield Road in Allenstown on Nov. 19, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2000.
Gregory J. Zieroff Jr., 40, of Mast Road in Manchester, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and retaining a U-Haul in Concord on Nov. 14, 2024.
