Bradford Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court

Plus: Convicted Concord thief indicted on more charges in Hooksett; Concord and Franklin women, Henniker man indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Cody Richard, 37, of Greenhouse Lane in Bradford on felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a girl repeatedly between April 1, 2020, and Jan. 1, in Bradford and other parts of Merrimack County, and sexually assaulting a woman between Jan. 1, 2020, and Jan. 1, in Bradford.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 8 in Concord.

Helmi Marie Ryan, 49, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charge on March 26 on D’Amante Drive in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on sale of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2019.

Dante Santiago, 36, of Salisbury Road in Franklin on a felony possession of meth charge on April 13 in Franklin.

Christian Saunders, 34, of Hall Avenue in Henniker on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and para-fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, and xylazine mix, charges in Henniker on Jan. 4.

Donna Sheppard, 22, of Washington Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-LSD charge on Jan. 22 in Concord.

Meghan L. Tighe, 29, of West Bow Road in Franklin on three possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl, alprazolam, and clonazepam, felony counts and a breach of bail charge. The drug charges were connected to an incident in Franklin on March 11; the breach charge was connected to an incident in Northfield.

Ryan C. Woods, 33, of North Spring Street in Concord on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Hooksett on Oct. 28, 2020, and stealing items from Target in Hooksett on June 26, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in Concord and Merrimack district courts.
