Concord Man Again Arrested On Drug, Theft Charges: Police Log
Plus: Nashua man arrested on strangulation, other charges; woman charged with child endangerment, and Concord woman faces stalking charge.

CONCORD, NH — Timothy Henry Gallant, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on March 21, 2020, on DUI-second or third and DUI charges on Pleasant Street near the Irving gas station.
James D. Dobson, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on March 16 on a possessionof a controlled drug charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Cassie L. Joyner, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on March 15 on endangering the welfare of a child and two simple assault charges after an incident on Essex Street.

Francis Jack Cermone, born 1998, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9 p.m. on March 13 after an incident at Rite Aid on South Street.
Michael Allen Arsenault, born 1987, of Winchendon, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on March 12 on conduct after an accident, operating without a valid license, and unauthorized use of vehicle-$1,001 to $1,500 after an incident on South State Street.

Kody A. Osgood, pictured, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on March 11 on felony theft by unauthorized taking-based on two prior convictions and five counts of deal-possess prescription drugs charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
Kenneth F. Brunelle, born 1964, of Nashua was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on March 11 on felony second-degree assault-strangulation, false imprisonment, three counts of criminal threatening, and four simple assault charges after an incident on Snow Pond Road.
Shane M. Vannest, 30, of Pembroke Road in Concord was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on March 9 on two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at Riverbend Community Mental Health on Pleasant Street. According to an affidavit, police were sent to the facility to assist with an "extremely intoxicated" man making comments and that staff couldn't perform an evaluation because he was "under the influence of alcohol." During the investigation, police found out that the man, Vannest, was barred from being 300 feet from the case worker and was not supposed to be drinking alcohol since he was out on bail from previous incidents. He was arrested, sent to Concord Hospital, and declined bail, so he was taken to county and arraigned later. During the oe of the previous incidents, in February, according to an affidavit, Vannest was charged with resisting arrest and breach of bail after an incident on Green Street where police alleged Vannest was screaming a racial slur at an officer and threatening to "smash your f------ face." He was accused of continuing to scream as officers attempted to take him, and eventually, took him into custody. While in the police cruiser, he was accused of continuing to scream racial slurs and threats, smashed his head against the barrier in the cruiser, and was taken directly to county.
Michael Lawrence Franzino, born 1976 of Bedford was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on March 9 on a conduct after an accident with property damage charge after an incident on North State Street.
Christina Marie Labrie, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 9:14 p.m. on March 7 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.
