Concord Teen Arrested On Assault, Mischief Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Reilly Winter, born 2001, of Manchester, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2020, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, operating without a valid license, conduct after an accident, and taking without owner's consent charges. Winter was arrested in the area of Community Drive and Merrimack Valley High School.

Tyler J. Matthew, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2020, on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Amy Way.

Tyler W. Cady, born 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident under the bridge on Loudon Road near Fort Eddy Road.

Isaac Michael Champagne, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on simple assault, criminal mischief, and another charge after an incident in the area of South and South State streets.

Alexander Roy Mahan, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 6:13 a.m. on Feb. 9 near Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Michelle L. Doucette, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on Feb. 9 on a warrant near Strings & Things on South Main Street.

Michael A. Davis, born 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Feb. 9 on a sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Trisha Bastian, born 1968, of Loudon, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 8 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Shane M. Vannest, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 8 on resisting arrest or detention and breach of bail charges after an incident on Green Street.

Kyle B. Joyce, born 1985, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Feb. 8 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at the Salisbury Green apartment complex.

Kaitlyn Marie Kennedy-Signorelli, born 2000, of Laconia, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on Feb. 8 on a transport alcohol by a minor charge. She was arrested on Pleasant Street Extension.
